Baiga Tribe ( Pvtgs , Primitive , Particularly vulnerable tribal group) - Chhattisgarh - Baiga tribal Woman milking her goats in a small tribal village in chhattisgarh . She sells the goat milk in the local market . This is her livelihood . She earns Rs 200 - 300 daily . She also uses her goats for dropping manure in agricultural fields . Sometimes she also sells the goats in tribal weekly market . The tribal consider goats as a part of their families and hence they make provision to tie them in the house . Animal Husbandry - A Part of Livelihood - Animal Husbandry is an essential part of a tribal life . Besides banking on agriculture produce , vegetables grown in kitchen garden and on farms , minor forest produce collected from forest and daily wages earned in off agriculture season , tribal livelihood also depends on the live stock they posses . Livestock such as bulls , cows , buffaloes , goats , pigs , chicken etc . are owned by tribal . The progressive and land holders use livestock for different purposes .
